Canberra Business Parks Pty Ltd operates a network of business parks in the ACT.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated and professional receptionist, with a friendly and outgoing nature to join our team as a first point of contact for our offices.
Reception duties will be the bulk of this role with some additional administrative duties. Excellent communication skills are essential, you will also need to be well organised, and approach all aspects of work with a mature work ethic.
Skills required include:
- dependable and responsible work ethic
- pleasant phone manner
- basic level of maths
- knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- written and oral communication skills
- office administration
- ability to perform under pressure
- ability to multitask
- experience using PABX systems (desirable)
- Cert II in Business/ Admin istration (desirable)
The role will initially be a temporary position with the possibility of it becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Base Salary - $28,500 per annum + Super
